What is a credit?
A credit is what Debut charges for the work it does — generating a shot, a clip, a voice line, a piece of music. Different actions cost different amounts, and you always see the price before you spend it.
What does $60 a month get me?
3,000 credits every month, unlimited exports, every aspect ratio, and a human creative on call. Generating is what spends credits: editing your timeline and exporting cost nothing at all, and a chat turn costs a small fraction of a clip.
Do credits expire?
No. Monthly credits roll over instead of resetting, and credits you buy in a pack are permanent — they stay yours even if you cancel the plan.
What happens when I run out?
Generation stops until you top up. Nothing is billed after the fact and a balance can never go negative, so you can’t run up a bill by accident. Your projects, plans and edits stay exactly where they were.
Can I buy credits without subscribing?
Yes — the packs work on their own. The plan is simply the cheaper way to buy credits, and it lifts the five-project limit that applies without it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the billing portal in your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and any credits you bought in a pack stay with you afterwards.
Do you offer refunds?
Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the period you are already in. Consumers in the EU and EEA also have a 14-day right of withdrawal on anything they buy — the Terms set out how to use it.
